Don't feel obliged to keep japanese words in a translation. We're speaking English or Japanese, not Japanenglish. I don't really want to see a "just as keikaru (keikaru means plean)" or a "am I kawaii (kawaii means adorable)" here.
I went a fixed a few of the annoying ones myself, but titles and such (like Ojou-sama) I often prefer in Japanese since they after contain subtle meanings that English lacks.
I do, I only speak a little Japanese, but I know enough to pick out those subtle parts, I just have a hard time with kanji, which is what keeps me from fully learning the language.
