Meme born out of combining 'wobble' motion comic editor klawxman's The Boys finale edit with the song Charlie's Inferno by That Handsome Devil, encapsulated by the shot of Billy Butcher smiling from issue 64 page 13, paralleling the message and story of the song to the characters from The Boys featured in the meme.

As a result of the meme appearing after the finale of the live-action The Boys series, and gaining traction amongst its fans, many of whom had never read the original comic or were only doing so due to how they felt about the finale, the shot of Billy smiling gained a secondary meaning, representing posers (or LARPers) who have little engagement with the source material.
