tartaglia (foul legacy transformation) (genshin impact)
Tartaglia's appearance after he activates his foul legacy, a power originating from the Abyss that he learned from Skirk. Appears as the third and final phase of his boss fight.
He takes a drastically different appearance from his other two outfits, growing a lot larger and wearing black and purple armor with a long, purple cape. His orange hair becomes spiky and his mask now has long red horns with a singular eye in the center.
He now wields the power of his electro delusion and hydro vision at the same time.
