Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Sugi. Character design by Umihara Sakana.
She is portrayed with long green hair with two ahoge, and green eyes. Her default outfit, a variant of the Matsu-class' uniform, is composed of a khaki sailor shirt with a white sailor collar, black corset (with a zipper pull tab), white pleated skirt, red thighhighs, black fingerless gloves, green ribbon, grey apron, grey choker, and black rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of her real-life funnel and foremast (with radar) to her back, 25 mm triple anti-aircraft guns on the rig, a 12.7 cm single handgun mount, and 61 cm quad torpedo tubes on her right thigh strap.
