A viral video from July 2026 showing a Russian military training incident involving a yakb-12.7 machine gun from a mi-24 helicopter mounted to a swivel mount on the flatbed of a truck. Because the machine gun wasn't aligned with the pivot point of the mount, the moment the gunner started firing, its recoil caused the gun to violently spin out of control. The gunner was flung out of the truck, while a nearby instructor was able to duck just in time.
