Toad (usually a Blue Toad or a Yellow Toad) wearing a flight suit and a helmet with a propeller attached. This gives him the ability to propel upwards at great heights and safely slowly descend in the air when using the Propeller Mushroom, debuting in New Super Mario Bros. Wii.
