pengpeng (azur promilia)

A character from Azur Promilia.

She's a pammy, a dwarf-like race with a child-like stature and animal features (in her case she has red panda ears and tail). She has two-tone very long brown hair with white streaks and low twintails, thick white eyebrows and brown eyes. She wears Chinese clothing consisting of a two-tone white and red dress with frills, a shanghai neckline and pankou, detached puffy long sleeves, two-tone red and white bows, and black shoes.

She's often reprensented performing Kung Fu stances.
