octavia (fate)

Member of Chaldea Security Organization, first appearing in the Part 2 prologue. She managed to escape the attack on Chaldea as one of the 11 survivors forming Novum Chaldea. Her look-alike sister Sylvia also works at Chaldea, and her early appearances share her sister's artwork.

Due to the difference between the two characters not being clarified until the 11th anniversary, it is often ambiguous which of the two is being depicted in artwork.
