The 3rd costume of hololive's Nekomata Okayu, as seen in post #4964307.
It's a dark serafuku consisting of a cropped long-sleeved, double-breasted black shirt sailor shirt with a white sailor collar, white buttons, white sleeve cuffs, a white neckerchief, white shorts, black kneehighs with an onigiri print on them and black sneakers.
Her hairstyle with this outfit is largely the same as her default outfit with the only addition being a black hairband.
