An NPC from Goddess of Victory: Nikke. A heretic and member of the Four Beasts along with Ziz, Behemoth, and Bahamut.

The opposite of Behemoth in terms of figure and personality, Leviathan is more ruthless and manipulative when it comes to getting results such as trying to kill the Commander of Counters after interrogating him.
