hoshimachi suisei (14th costume)

The 14th official alternate costume of Hoshimachi Suisei (she's emphatically not considered part of hololive with this costume) and the default outfit for her solo activities as part of Studio Stellar, as opposed to her group activities under hololive (for which she still uses her 1st costume as default).
