hex maniac (pokemon xy)

Hex Maniac's second—and much more popular—appearance in XY and ORAS. They appear as young mojyo girls wearing a long black dress, with swirly @_@ eyes, and messy hair with a purple hairband.

Very commonly drawn with a larger breast size compared to canon, most likely due to the existence of a Hex Maniac NPC that sells Moomoo Milk in XY.
