A meme originating from Peppy Hare's dialogue in Star Fox 64, where he instructs Fox McCloud, the player, to "Do a barrel roll" by pressing the Z or R buttons on a Nintendo 64 controller twice.
The meme became popular by being used on image macros with things supposedly rolling. Searching the meme in Google triggers an easter egg that causes the entire web page to rotate.
