The player character of Reverse:1999, also known as The Timekeeper. Despite being a player character, she is not mute and very involved in the story dialogues. She has grey hair and grey eyes. She is often shown to wear a victorian era purple suit with ascot, along with black footwear and a boater hat.

Vertin is voiced by Scarlet Grace in English, Takamori Natsumi in Japanese.
