The first game in the Dragon Quest Monsters spin-off series. The protagonist is Terry, much younger than in his appearance in Dragon Quest VI, trying to save his sister Mireyu.
The game was originally released on GameBoy Color, localized as Dragon Warrior Monsters, and later received remakes for the PlayStation and Nintendo 3DS. Neither remake made it overseas.
