Yeah, this one's pretty tough to read. Hina doesn't strike me as the type to bite her lip, accidentally or on purpose. But I can totally see her licking her lips/accidentally sticking her tongue out from sleepiness + hunger.

Given what Ako and the commentary say, I'm choosing to read Hina's expression as 'this is still way too much food, but I might enjoy eating it this time'.

Probably because unlike the rest, that likely got Hina's permission to enter her room, Ako probably just assumes she is always allowed in, and since she is cooking, she can just as well take Hina's favourite pajamas and put them in the washing machine (after smelling them few times for her Hina high).
And I wish I was joking, but I wouldn't be surprised if she did exactly that.
