Interesting to see a very retro PC-98 style artwork started with a modern 3D modeled template. I guess this guy is currently making his own faux PC-98 style visual novel. (not related to this post)

What program was used to make this? I am mostly interested in it have a 3D model for drawing. Is it Clip Studio Paint? Can Krita have a 3D model? Which other programs can have it?
