Wow, a battle between the two people in the series least capable of being ranked power-wise by their stage in the game. This could go anywhere, but I'll bet on Yuugi.
Sorry Yuugi, you don't stand much of a chance here. You may be strong -physically- But if you keep getting mown down by projectiles from afar, then there's not much point in being strong at all. Like a shotgun vs a sniper.
That said, if Yuugi gets close then the exact opposite happens. They're pretty much two glass cannons in opposite categories. Whatever the outcome, it would be over in seconds. Still be a hell of a fight to watch, though.

Sorry, but Yuugi isn't slow. And Yuugi's body must be pretty hard,Suika(normal form) can left over a mountain and Yuugi is stronger than she. In a fight without Danmaku, Yuugi may use some kind of super rock shotgun and dismembers Pachouli. Yuugi is one of the stongest oni, do you think she will get beat by a normal magician ?

A shotgun mounted on the front of an M1 Abrahms, perhaps. She spends half of her stage getting peppered by the heroines in SA, and *then* has her boss fight, and was merely playing around the whole time.
Now, sure, a sniper with a big enough gun could still take out such a tank...and if anybody without a Spark's got enough gun it'd probably be Patchy...
I don't doubt Yuugi would win in a regular straight up fistfight. But... speaking in terms purely about Danmaku.
Most of if not all of Yuugi's spellcards are physical or very physical in nature (Irremovable Shackles, KO in Three Steps, Adamant Helix, Annihilating Roar in a sense) with few exceptions for long ranged combat... Whereas Patchy has a whole host of ranged and close combat spellcards at her disposal. Yuugi needs to get close to stand much of a chance at hitting Patchy, and while I do agree while it won't take more than a few close range and fairly strong hits to down her, her magical proficiency is large enough to be theoretically able to keep Yuugi away and wear her down. Each has their strengths and weaknesses *shrug*
Why is anyone even debating distance when Yuugi is right in front of her in this picture? Patchy is dead... in this scenario anyway! Nevermind the sheer skill and raw speed it would take to fight a danmaku battle, and lose, without spilling a single drop from a saucer filled with sake. Then there's Patchy's recurring illness to take into a account. If she has a bad attack at the wrong time she's screwed (though I imagine Yuugi is too honroable to exploit such an opening).
Patchouli already had water there so her chance to block fire punch is 99%, provided her magical power is vast. Yuugi is very strong, also has great magical resistance (assumption from 'one of the 4 Devas'). She can keep up with Patchouli's nukes, and draws near to deliver great impact. The fight will be long, and the surroundings will destroyed. But as a master of 5 elements, Patchouli has great advantages and if her body can last, she will defeat Yuugi.
Oh my god, why things are always turn complex... Yuugi=strong, even much more stronger than Yuuka in a melee fight. She touch Patchouli, Patchouli is dead, even though she got magical protection or something else. Yuugi's strength is supernatural, it's something that won't be stop by magic. Yuugi:ABILITY 怪力乱神,Supernatural phenomena. Patchouli:火+水+木+金+土+日+月を操る程度の能力, Magic, especially good at Elemental Magic. supernatural phenomena > elemental magic.
If you ignore the fact that Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood are the elements that created the universe, yes. Although in JPese myth, the elements are Fire, Earth, Water, Wind, Void but Patchouli is not Japanese to begin with. I think she caught the more popular one and mastered it.
This isn't all that complex. Wait until you find a more complicated character, eg Koishi vs someone fight :P
SLIGHT WALL OF TEXT ALERT
Anyway, Yuugi's power is one that is very ill defined, and there's very little available on the subject of it (It even says in the wiki that very little is expressed on the matter) So it could do something like make it rain sofa pillows or something not as bizarre but equally as awesome (Supernatural= something that defies natural law) or it could make her a copy of Sanae (Supernatural= relating to the miraculous) And since there's so little factual base around her, people can't really say for sure what it does. I doubt it would make her into a walking tank that could absolutely devastate anything.
Patchouli has some nice defensive abilities too, like Jellyfish Princess and Diamond Hardness. That and she's probably not totally useless; I doubt she'd fold like a tower of cards to one punch. Then there's that wind thing that she does, which blows enemies away (Djinn Gust?) and that wall of diamond/earth/whatever. Not to mention she already has Philosopher's Stone up, which will amplify her attacks further.
The thing I'm trying to stress though is that the fight would and could go either way. While it looks like I'm favouring Patchy, I'm simply defining her abilities. It isn't a shoe-in for either side. Yuugi is a walking tank with more than enough physical power, but I doubt she's particularly fast. Patchouli is a magical behemoth with plenty of ways to keep Yuugi away, but I doubt she's very durable.

(b'_')b s'my take on the matter.
Sir,diamond is surely hard but it isn't resist to impact and oni are fast. From the article on Suika, Yuugi don't suppose to be slow. It says Suika has great physical ability(Strength, speed and mystic power) and i think Yuugi surpass Suika from physical ability. From my imagination, the fight will likes Yuugi makes earthquake by punching on the ground(sending rocks fly everywhere) and slow down Patchouli's magic spell and approaches for physical attack. One last point,Yuugi is good at melee but it doesn't mean that she has zero long range attack.
