Isn't this one of those wrist... pads (lacking the word here)?

From the look of it, it's one of those boob-pads. Well, more like butt-pad here....

Took out bad anatomy tags, considering that feet are just outside of the pad. (Look at full view)

Added mousepad. Not sure about breast_mousepad.
