・In the year of 20xx, in order to preserve the DNA of young, energetic Boy-kun for future generations, the government mandated that any young man who has done it with their sister as a couple must carry a breeding certificate. This allows the public to easily see at first glance that they are an officially recognized couple or a married couple♥
