Japanese law mandates censorship of genitalia. It doesn't matter whether or not you disagree, the law is the law. It's part of their Constitution, even.

I'm well aware of their law. And I do respect law. But that law is getting loose as time is going by. Hopefully soon we won't have to deal w/ that censorship anymore.

Don't count on it. Japan does not amend their Constitution.
Also, it wasn't that long ago that the artist Beauty Hair and his publisher had to pay a massive fine for attempting to release one of his bound volumes uncensored. (Misshitsu (Honey Room), if you're curious.) And the political climate in Japan is veering towards more censorship of manga, not less.
