yep, Reimu seems awfully calm for the way the text balloons have been drawn.

Also, it seems like 2 diff artists drew this, no? It looks a bit odd to me, but not sure what the source says about it

Well, bumping for hopes that somebody might feel up to translating this one later on.

Ok, this was hard to translate for all sorts of reasons, but I tried anyway. It's full of references to Japanese TV shows and memes.

BTW.. Reimu and Black Reimu are indeed drawn by two different artists, and yet another person added all the text.
