Loid and Yor are being intimate with each other, which is spoiling Anya's attempt to get a good night's sleep because of her powers. It's like someone trying to sleep while their roommates or neighbors are banging each other's brains out in the other apartment or the other room and being really damn loud about it.

I'd say this definitely counts as Third Wheeling.
