    Ah yes, Flandres a whole lot cuter, is true. But Remilia has some cuteness as well, added with charisma. I think that's what gets Sakuya.

    Top part does look like Byakuren's...

    And with regards to where? She may be an avid cosplayer, and may have gotten that outside of Gensokyo. But, don't take my word for it. I'm just guessing.
