This is an illo for New Year's mrch that I drew a while ago on request from a certain person in Taiwan. Owing to various circumstances, it was never used. (^^;)
The second image is a version with the wrong bird. After I was done drawing it, I realized, "Huh? Is that bird wrong?" and I corrected it in a panic. :-)
謝謝茄子 is the Chinese rendition of Arigato nasu (roughly, "thank you eggplant"), a version of arigatou gozaimasu that was either mispronounced or poorly recorded in the memetic Japanese homoerotic video A Midsummer Night's Wet Dream.
