    目のデザインもキャラの特性に合わせてアレンジを加えました!

    This is an anthropomorphization of the nation Sceleria from the video-game Dominions 5. She has a fair bit of art in that community but most of it is not fit for Danbooru, I don't think, but when chamaji drew her on commission and uploaded her I thought that was worth including.
