Also worth noting: the female reproductive tract is not a closed system. The Fallopian tubes open right into the abdominal cavity, so any liquid (or gas) that goes into a vagina could potentially make it's way all the way out of the Fallopian tube into the abdomen. So, given enough volume and pressure, Tifa could be bathing her intestines in booze from the outside.
