What's the blue costume supposed to be based on? Spanish Legion?
División Azul ("Blue Division", or in Japanese "Aoshidan"), a paramilitary group. It fought on the side of Nazi Germany, and was primarily consisted of Spanish 'volunteers' along with some Portuguese. The group has heavy Falangist influence, with the blue shirt being borrowed from paramilitary elements ("Blueshirts") of said party.

That's the origin of their name. The uniform is based on the Spanish Legion, which I believe exists today. If you search for it you will see a lot of Spanish military dudes with their chest hair exposed.
Yukarin, did you wear this while infiltrating their school?? Your chest is overhwhelming lacking (heh) it's below average.... I have a hunch that you're truly upset by that lol
