Yup. Not an official one far as I can tell, but she isn't Seiryuu and she's still an Eastern dragon. Seiryuu looks kind of like a blue Cuuko with a dragon tail.

I don't know if we're creating tags for the OCs yet, but in the second panel, going left-to-right:

"Hizama", which is probably a shortened form of her name, the way that "Hi no Tori" ("bird of fire") is called "Hino-sama", is the some-kinda-fire-bird. She has さーー on the end of her sentences.

The dragon isn't referenced by any name (although she may still have one), and doesn't have any notable verbal quirks.

"Sala" the salamander seems to be definitely identified as a salamander, although I don't know if that actually existed in the original game (I get hits on things like giant salamanders and other species of real salamanders). She's yet another character who hyperextends the last syllable of any sentence she saaaays.

"Akane" the AkaNeko is also something that's explicitly labeled in the story, yet which I can't find anything on, even Googling in Japanese. She also speaks like a punk.

Maybe I can help with the origin of Aka Neko: it's Kasha, which is subspecies of bakeneko youkai type. (May or not be coincidence, in DxD there's Akane the Kasha too.)

For the dragon, it may not based on eastern origin, but rather western origin, based on how it wears the cape plus the armor itself looks like something of Ancient Roman origins (the suit was near the bottom). Since that style of armor was commonly found on murals depicting St. Michael, maybe it's a rendition of the dragon slain by Michael?

Hizama is 100% a Karura, based on the monk beads and outfit.

Well, "Aka Neko" is a name with nothing in common with "Kasha", but I guess this is one of those things where I just never would be able to guess these things without knowing the mythic creature in the first place, the same as you'd not jump from "Hi no Tori" to "Phoenix"

I don't recall there being a character named Akane in DxD. The only mention of Kasha there is a technique used by Koneko and Kuroka.

Salamander (mythical, fire elemental salamander, not super-regen amphibian salamander) was mentioned and even depicted way, way back near the beginning of this series, one of the first times Goji-chan's fire ability was discussed: post #2854340

Don't want to hear that comin' from youse. The furigana says "mai" instead of the "mae" ("you" in this case) that the kanji reads, so I think that's to represent her slurring the word.
This is that girl from the time we were waiting out the rain in the jungle!
What's thisss? A bunch of rare types gathered together.
Fire prevention knowledge is the topic of debate currentlyyy.
    Ohhh.
Hey, Jumbo, ya got a name?
I'm Akane the Red Cat, see? "Akane" from "Aka Neko".
'Kuro', hunh? Well, easy to see why.
Kkhuho Incidentally, it's supposed to look like くろ or クロ, so I get the sense that Goji's more like a wookie, and you're only supposed to get what she means from the context of what other people say.
Ohhh, wellll, come here, have a seat -saaa.
We're having a meeting of the 'fire brigade' -saaa.
Since beforeee, we had a discussion with the professors about iiiit.
