Well, let's see, this series alone is based upon four daughters (paired off into an older and younger wincest pairs) of a hotel matron (who is also in a yuri relationship with her sister), and there's also the other major series Mochi is doing that's explicitly about sisters dating... so frankly, if you see the word "sister" in a Mochi manga, you might as well substitute in "lesbian lover" right there.
