No, it's Roman dialect^^. And all three of these things are typical Roman dishes. Pasta with cheese and pepper, ox's tail with chikory and a piece of caciotta cheese (in italy it's common to close the dish with a piece of cheese before dessert)

Ah, I was just trying to find a more common tag to use for them... Not sure it's worth it to use such specific tags ...?
