That's only because Ana's not out yet. From the PTR, it's clear that in-universe, everyone considers Ana the team mom, and Ana is more than happy to play that role.

Actually if Pharah's current lines are true, Ana is a better mom to everyone else BUT Pharah, her own daughter.

There is probably also a reference to the "Phar-Mercy" ship here.

Yeah, pretty sure that this series is a reference to the Pharmercy ship rather than Mercy being "team mom".

Pharah's lines are true, but that's because she's aware of the toll that working for Overwatch had on her mother.
