Well actualy she said なんか 知らんけど胸に響く音やな(Nanka shirankedo mune ni hibiku otoyana) it actually means resounding at her chest since it's weird to write like that so i go with pain instead.

I actually changed it not too long ago because the wording was a bit awkward, but obviously I didn't help much. I'll try to tweak it around a bit more to get the meaning across a bit better.

Edit:tweaked it a bit, and I personally think it's better, but that sentence was strangely difficult to tweak.
