There's probably a pink-haired body in the way. Notice that Hatsuyuki is pretty much in the center of her side in order to squeeze in between Akagi and Nenohi.

Or more than one - there's basically the whole puchi daycare in there, so she might be better off throwing one into the puchi daycare to keep them at bay.
