Niigata Prefectural Kamo High School
It's the Kamo High School from the city of Kamo, Niigata prefecture! It's one of the only 3 high schools in Niigata that currently still wearing serafuku, the other two is Teikyo Nagaoka with their summer uniform and Konan High School.
