    I remember an episode of "My life as a teenage robot" where X-J9 loses her English language CD and forced to use the Japanese one. She spent the rest of episode speaking Japanese.

    Maybe it work the same may. The Language system resides on equipment.
    Since most of the shipgirls are japanese, it didn't make any difference
