砲雷撃戦１４で出したセンダイカッコカリマンガです。
カッコカリマンガの上に今まで自分が出した艦これ成人向の要素が混ざって
いてやさしくないのでピクシブとニコ静に載せるのみにしておきますね。（汗）

Top left panel...am I reading that wrong or is the author using half a kanji to indicate a stuttered word? Is that normal? lol

That's just 加賀's name...if you look at the top of the second kanji, it's the first kanji.

Ughh, my brain wasn't working correctly...failed to realize the second kanji also has that part. Derp.
