removed "vector_trace" tag

Not a vetor trace, but a cleanup of the characters. Added into transparent_png, where it usually belongs. I'm not really sure if cleanups deserve their own tag, though.

This isn't transparent. It's a jpeg.

So, I don't see a reason for the backdrop cleaning up...
