The exact phrase used for "Surrounded on all four sides" was 四面楚歌, literally means "Songs from Chu from all four sides." This is a reference to the Battle of Gaixia, where Liu Bang's Han armies smashed Xiang Yu's Chu armies' morale by playing Chu music loudly around the Chu encampment.

Tough quiz. Well, we know that Yamame is into legs, so maybe not Yoroshiku Oppai. And since we're talking 2nd Gen Windows Touhou characters, let's skip the two 1st Gen character themes (besides, they're overplayed anyways). So that leaves IOSYS+Ranko's delightful mixing of Toilet no Kamisama v. Native Faith, or the Manly Man song. I suppose it depends on how good she is... songs with quiet accompaniment like Omorashi no Kamisama require a lot more ability to actually sing. Everything else on the list tends to have a lot more support and call for others to sing along (although it is hard not to go Kerokerokero). I don't know... how about Innocent Key, but with Yamame's level theme instead?

Nice catch! The phrase also appears as part of Ran's spell card Shikigami's Radiance "Charming Siege from All Sides", 式輝「四面楚歌チャーミング」.
