Looks like some sort of standard symbol for vaginas. I bet it's in Japan's submissions to Unicode, too, in at least three variations.

BTW, どうでもいい mean "unimportant, something of no consequence" (<- however it goes it's ok). eg そりゃどうでもいいぜ = "I couldn't care less about that".
