I actually found out the copyright for the untagged character next to RK900 -- they're from a TTRPG turned RPGMaker game called "Carsendra's Black Carnival"...? Info here. However I can't find any other information about the character or his name, and I'm not even confident on the localization of the copryight, so I left it untagged for now.
