What's the tag for a hands-and-knees posture?

I tagged post #1373012 with the new tag hands_and_knees, but I couldn't believe there wasn't a tag for this posture already. But the listing at tag group:posture didn't seem to have anything relevant.

It seems different from top-down_bottom-up. None of the pictures with that tag show the subject resting with their hands on the floor.

What should I use here?

Aliasing hands_and_knees -> all_fours shouldn't hurt, since the former does seem to be another term for it.
