Tag alias: mahjong_tiles -> mahjong_tile

Requesting alias:
mahjong_tiles -> mahjong_tile
In this case, I see no reason to keep singular and plural in different tags.

AFAIK, the mahjong_tile (singular) should be used like the chess_piece tag.

I don't know why mahjong_tiles even exists.

Well, I can just move it, it's only 23 posts.
UPD: done, but maybe creating an alias will be better to avoid confusion.
