Wikipedia says that the correct reading is "ぎんのクロスとドラキュリア".

That's right. In official title word "十字架" has furigana "クロス" beside it, but "十字架" by itself is pronounced "じゅうじか" (if I'm not mistaken).
It's the same as in the case of Puella Magi -> Mahou Shoujo. Both variants are official, but the "more Japanese" one is preferred. Hence I propose an alias, not a rename.

Uh, no, it's not the same and "more Japanese" variant is not preferred.
In case of mahou_shoujo_madoka_magica, 魔法少女まどか★マギカ is an original title and "Puella Magi Madoka Magica" is a subtitle. But in this case we have original title 銀の十字架とドラキュリア and furigana(can't remember the more accurate term) ぎんのクロスとドラキュリア that explains how that title should be read. It's only natural to follow the correct/intended reading provided by original creator(s).
A more fitting analogy would be to_aru_majutsu_no_index. The furigana specifies that 禁書目録 is pronounced "Index" and not "Kinsho Mokuroku".
So yeah, the alias should be the other way around:
gin_no_juujika_to_draculea -> gin_no_cross_to_draculea
in case anyone sees the title in kanji and is unaware of the official pronunciation (the クロス pronunciation can be seen on some of the images here already, though: post #1215887)
