cum_in or cum_out?

cum_out_nose seems to be the same as cum_in_nose.
There's only an article for cum_in_nose and this would be the only case where out is used.

We should simply get rid of cum_out_nose since it's the only cum_out_XXX tag and not really needed. All the cum_in_XXX tags include both in and out movement of said body fluid.

There are a couple of images with the actual cum_in_nose such as post #1113751, post #359545 and post #240074. An alias might be in order.

An alias to nosejob?

Nosejob is different, and most of them involve Usopp.

3 (of 11) involve One Piece: nosejob -one_piece There should probably be another tag.
Although it seems to fit but the others actually involve cum or penis inserted into the nose. And in general the term nosejob concurs with boobjob (alright paizuri) and blowjob (mouth - fellatio).

I changed all cum_out_nose to cum_in_nose.
