Ice-pick vs hammer-grip

Posted under General

I was wondering if we had a tag for ice-pick_grip (article) describing where a knife or other tool or weapon is held "backward" as if to be used in a stabbing manner (blade to the bottom of the hand, opposite the thumb; or back of the body if everything is naturally positioned)?

If so, what tag is used? If not, is this something worth tagging? I was thinking that this would likely be in the same category as trigger disipline. The opposite, default grip is often called hammer-grip, but as dominant as it is, it probably doesn't need explicit tagging.
