Having (artist) is confusing since there are several artists named koutarou. Her Facebook page says Youko Moriyama is her real name.

I can't confirm that that facebook profile is actually hers though (inactive since 2014, no mention of her alias, and neither any links to her other websites on it). Could have just been a fan of hers for all I know, and it also isn't the name used in her blog.

Going to reject and move artist #10103 to a more accurate name, I think.

hisae (hisae collect) is possibly the alternate account for kue. They are using the same names on both Seiga community accounts.

Also, the last image on this Twitter post leads to Kue's work from two years ago.

I'm trying to get the john_ly tag changed back to speh because I don't want my real name associated with my adult art. How do I go about doing that?
