Fix for issues with Adblock+Filterset.G

I know a great many people use the (usually excellent) Adblock or Adblock Plus firefox extensions along with the convenient Pierceive Filterset.G set of filters in order to block ads. Unfortunately, if the MD5 hash of an image on danbooru starts with the hex digits "ad", it seems that it gets blocked - haha. Until Pierceive can fix this (I posted a request at http://www.pierceive.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2094 ), here's a quick fix for Adblock Plus users. It only makes about 1 in 256 images/thumbnails disappear, so maybe you have this problem and never noticed it.

Just add the following two lines to your Adblock Plus filter list:

@@.amazonaws.com/danbooru/preview/
@@danbooru.donmai.us/data/

This fix only works for Adblock Plus - I don't know if Adblock original has whitelist filters (if I recall correctly, the fact that it doesn't is what prompted the development of Adblock Plus in the first place, but don't take my word for it).

Just uninstall Filterset.G. The maintainer of ABP itself strongly recommends against its use: http://adblockplus.org/en/faq_project

I'm a EasyList subscriber myself. A hell of a lot less false positive blocks, and the fact that it works with ABP's autoupdate feature means I don't have manually update filters anymore. Plus, the EasyElement subscription that you can also get from the creator is great; it gets rid of a lot of the blank space that most blocked ads leave behind.
