not 100% accurate, but probably and most of the time by checking the tag history of all posts involved. bearded_girl was probably created on 2011-12-04 (earliest surviving) but another user populated the tag.

Some female humans have a physical condition that makes them grow unusual facial hair. It is called hirsuitism. A tag for hirsuitism can denote girls wearing mustaches and beards that are not fake or painted.

Fascinating, but you're going to have to provide example posts of girls clearly, unambiguously growing biological facial hair before we're using such a tag.
