Is there a way to find if one's share of pics is rejected or it just isn't approved yet? Because some of my uploaded stuff isn't 'visible' yet.

Not really, though it doesn't take more than a couple of hours in general. Right now you have one unapproved picture.

You have just one pending. Next time save the url so you can visit it later and check if the "Pending approval" text disappeared.
